simple check-in super clean room convenient location
check-in was simple with the self-service system (it felt very modern). the room was super clean and a nice size for my needs. its location near the bus station was very convenient for my travel plans.
the street-facing windows did let in quite a bit of noise, especially early in the morning. (this was a minor issue).

helpful staff lively bar great location low heating no cold water missing blankets
The hotel location worked for me. the bar downstairs was lively. i was able to leave my bags early before check-in. The woman at the restaurant was helpful.
My shower didn't have cold water. i was worried about getting burned. the heating was very low. The room seemed like an ice cellar. i needed more blankets.

mixed feelings about this stay
tacky surfaces room cleaning
the room felt a bit neglected. some surfaces were tacky, which wasn't very appealing. the bathroom had a slight odor on the first night, though staff addressed it after i mentioned it.

loud music patchy wifi
The noise was a REAL problem. Music blasted from the bar downstairs until late. It made sleep almost impossible. I also found the check-in process annoying. It required calling someone to get into the room. The Wi-Fi was also patchy. I only got one or two bars .

loud music impersonal check-in
the room was modern and very clean upon my arrival. the shower and bathroom looked well-kept.
the music from the bar downstairs was rather loud. it continued until late, which disrupted my sleep. i also found the self check-in process impersonal, i prefer having staff available for assistance.
